Mr Zhang Xiaohua, affiliated with the School of Information Engineering at Wenzhou Business College, holds the esteemed position of Associate Professor. With a Master's degree in Telecommunications from the University of Lille, France, Mr. Zhang boasts dual professional titles as a Certified Information Systems Project Manager and a Construction Engineer (specializing in electromechanical systems). Recognized for her expertise, he has been enlisted in the Zhejiang Provincial Government Procurement Review Expert Database and appointed among the second batch of Educational Technology Project Experts in Wenzhou. Mr. Zhang's academic portfolio includes stewardship of five provincially funded research projects and three municipally sponsored initiatives. he has contributed to the scholarly community with over a dozen published papers and has been granted nearly twenty patents alongside software copyrights. As an educator, he imparts knowledge in courses such as 'Python Programming', 'Applied Statistics', and 'Python Data Analysis and Visualization', demonstrating a commitment to both research excellence and teaching prowess.
